Return Policy:

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product if:

 

- Product is damaged

- Wrong item delivered

• Product is not working

Conditions for Return:

- Product must be unused and in original packaging

- Complete unboxing video is required as proof

- Without video, claim may not be accepted

 

Refund Process:

- After receiving and checking the product, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

- Refund will be sent via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa

 

Non-Returnable Cases:

- Change of mind

- Used or damaged by customer
